Job summary

Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Welder responsible for set-up and operation of advanced welding equipment to support our multi-site manufacturing of production and storage equipment for oil, gas, and nuclear industries.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, adjust welding machines, read blueprints and weld symbols, and uphold strict quality standards while maintaining production efficiency and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years welding experience.
• Basic safety training.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Intermediate math skills and tape measure reading.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust welding machines.
• Ability to follow quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate advanced welding equipment.
