Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• English literate for reading/writing.
• Strong mechanical skills with basic hand and light power tools.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and may exceed it with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for long durations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform Short Arc, Spray Arc, and Pulsed MIG (GMAW-P) welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials, producing high-quality welds per industry standards.
• Follow ASME codes and Welding Procedure Specifications; ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, fabrication prints, and weld symbols to fabricate components to spec.
• Use precision measuring tools (tape measures, squares, levels, calipers) to verify dimensions and alignment prior to welding.
• Maintain fabrication practices, material prep, fit-up and weld sequencing for dimensional accuracy and integrity.
• Inspect completed welds, identify defects, and take corrective actions while maintaining production quality.
• Commit to a safe work environment by following safety policies and PPE requirements.
