Qualifications

• Experience blending, grinding, welding or metal finishing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality workmanship.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform blending, grinding, and polishing operations on welded components.
• Remove excess weld material and refine surfaces to spec.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specs.
• Inspect parts for quality and tolerances.
• Use handheld and power tools for finishing tasks.
• Document production records and maintain cleanliness and safety.
