You will set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce precision parts and ensure quality from blueprints to finished product.

The role calls for reading technical drawings, programming CNC waterjet equipment, and performing routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate cuts.
• Experience or familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup processes.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; reliable team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor abrasive waterjet cutting machines to produce precision‑cut parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate cuts.
• Program CNC waterjet equipment and adjust cutting parameters as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including nozzle changes and abrasive media management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
