Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to process and barcode incoming boxes, manage access lists, and refile boxes daily. The role requires delivering and retrieving equipment, performing safety checks, and supporting bay consolidations. You will move and track boxes, maintain warehouse duties, and abide by safety policies.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean MVR and background, and can handle lifting 40-50 lb. items with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access list.
• Refile boxes/files.
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations and equipment operations.
• Operate picker forklift or other company equipment.
• Pre-check equipment safety (battery, brakes, lift, fire extinguisher).
• Move boxes to assigned areas and load/unload.
• Warehouse maintenance and vehicle maintenance.
• Make pickups and deliveries.
• Return equipment to charging stations and prepare for overnight charge.
