Job summary

ORW | 4WP in Reno, NV is seeking a Store Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse and service departments, handling shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

You will assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintain organized storage, and help store personnel with product carry-outs while complying with safety and cleanliness standards across warehouse, showroom, and service areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper handling, storing, and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety precautions in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or automotive settings preferred.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in store operations by supporting sales personnel with product carry-outs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including warehouse, showroom, and service areas.
• Clean and maintain floor surfaces, ceilings, and windows to ensure a professional presentation.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately
• Ensure restrooms are clean and fully stocked with supplies
• Assist in general automotive maintenance using company-provided tools and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management
