Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking a reliable Receiving Associate to join our Reno warehouse team. You will verify products and quantities, load and unload shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, basic data-entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is a plus; RF scanners will be used to update stock in real time. Safety and organization are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count and verify products.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience using an RF scanner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments and compare with packing slips and PO.
• Label, sort, and organize incoming products.
• Enter receiving information into inventory systems and update stock levels.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe receiving area and report discrepancies.
