A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Picker in Tulsa, OK to accurately select items for customer orders and stage pallets for delivery. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and be comfortable with varying warehouse temperatures; PIT certification is preferred to operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution or order-picking experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Able to obtain PIT certification to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders or RF scanning.
• Maintain a pick rate of 150 cases per hour with high accuracy.
• Build and stage pallets for delivery routes.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy before staging.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely.
