A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Picker in Tulsa, OK. You will accurately pick items per customer orders, stage pallets for delivery, and ensure safe handling of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, PIT-certified equipment operation, and strong attention to detail. Teamwork and reliability are essential to maintain efficiency and accuracy during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• PIT certification to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Accurately pick products according to order sheets or RF scanning.
• Maintain pick rate of 150 cases per hour with accuracy.
• Build and stage pallets for delivery routes.
• Verify product codes and quantities before staging.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Follow safety policies and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
