Job summary

A&B Distributors of Arkansas Inc is seeking a Warehouse Picker to accurately select and stage products for customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use RF scanning, verify codes, and maintain safe, organized pallets for timely delivery.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating pallet jacks or forklifts, and adhering to safety policies. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse/ordering experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Able to obtain PIT certification to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to orders or RF scanning.
• Maintain a pick rate of 150 cases per hour with high accuracy.
• Build and stage pallets safely for delivery routes.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy before staging.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Support general warehouse operations including housekeeping tasks.
