Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking a focused Warehouse Parts Coordinator and Material Handler in a high-speed industrial setting near Richmond, VA. You will manage material flow, organize work orders, gather and deliver parts, and maintain precise inventory records to support manufacturing and customer fulfillment.

The role requires experience with RF scanning technology, forklift operation, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience with material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
Proficient with RF scanning devices and forklift operation.
Strong data entry and computer literacy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain high inventory integrity and organize workflows.

Responsibilities

Gather items for customer sales, manufacturing, and engineering requests.
Log material usage in systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare and package customer shipments per protocols.
Process small parcel and LTL freight shipments.
Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely.
Ensure accurate labeling of sales and work orders.
Receive, organize, and shelve incoming components.
Perform regular cycle counts and audits for stock accuracy.
Notify planners about missing materials.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service for on-time delivery.
Support loading of finished products and expedite parts for production.
Assist onboarding of new staff and maintain documentation.
