Job summary

Merit Medical Systems is seeking a Material Handler in Richmond, VA to pull parts for production, verify lots, and ensure supplies are stocked and accessible for assembly teams. You will print labels, record pulled quantities, and maintain clean work areas while supporting efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 months of experience, basic math, and solid written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Three months of work experience.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and the ability to apply it in a work situation.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, database).

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from the warehouse for production and verify part lot numbers.
• Stock supplies for assembly workers and ensure they are readily available.
• Print inventory labels and place parts in production bins.
• Visually confirm workers have necessary products.
• Record quantities of pulled products.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned machines and areas.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
