Job summary

Livingston International in El Paso is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, production and shipping, ensuring inventory accuracy and customer success. The role runs Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and you will work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities include monthly inventory counts, UPS coordination, preparing shipment manifests, inspecting goods, and safe handling of freight.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift safely and use proper lifting techniques.
• Familiarity with shipping requirements and freight handling.
• Experience with pallet jacks/hand carts; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory and physical counts.
• Housekeeping of warehouse.
• Coordinate UPS pickups.
• Complete a monthly inventory log for storage accounts.
• Build consolidations and create manifests for shipments moving northbound.
• Check goods for damages, verify counts, review documentation, and sign for goods received.
• Weigh and size freight (UPS and airfreight).
• Load/unload trailers and trucks daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
