Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM). The role supports production, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and quality requirements while following safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, moving, storing, packaging, and processing shipments, maintaining records, and using inventory systems. OSHA and safety compliance are emphasized, with potential for overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Experience with forklifts or material handling preferred.
Ability to learn and use company data-entry, inventory, shipping, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Safely receive, move, store, stage, label, load, unload, and deliver materials using forklifts and other equipment.
Pick, issue, transfer, and supply inventory to production while maintaining accurate records.
Prepare, package, verify, and process domestic and international shipments.
Identify and document shortages, damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, and nonconforming products.
Complete required paper and electronic records including work orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
Create, update, remove, and apply inventory and quality labels.
