Job summary

JJ Haines is seeking a Warehouse Employee in Orlando to perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping duties. You will manage stock, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain a clean, safe work area while delivering a strong customer-facing experience.

You will handle loading, documentation, and load-sheet based assembly tasks, and report discrepancies promptly. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred, with basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed picking, receiving, loading performance objectives.
• Maximize productivity by recording and placing materials in correct locations.
• Accurately pick and fill orders to ensure correct items and quantities.
• Check pick sheets for proper selection and staging for loading.
• Report discrepancies to a manager.
• Load trailers in accordance with weight charts.
• Build and assemble products by customer using load sheets.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and a customer-first attitude.
• Perform regular safety checks on machines and PPE.
• Ensure trailers are chocked and safety devices engaged before unloading.
• Store and charge equipment properly at shift end.
• Cooperate, communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Follow established processes with attention to detail.
