Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in our facility. You will barcode and process boxes, pull access lists, refile files, and handle destruction shipments. The role includes bay consolidations and operating a picker forklift with safety checks before use.

You will also perform pickups, deliveries, and routine vehicle maintenance while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy. Flexibility for variable hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.
• Physically able to perform labor intensive tasks daily (40–50 lb. lifting).
• Ability to operate handheld computer and pickers safely.
• Willing to work overtime and follow procedures yet suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access list and refiling boxes/files.
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction.
• Perform duties related to bay consolidations.
• Operate a picker forklift or other company equipment.
• Complete safety checks before signing out equipment.
• Move boxes to assigned areas and perform loading.
• Warehouse maintenance and vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Make pickups and deliveries.
• Return equipment to charging station and prep for nightly charge.
• Other duties as assigned.
