Responsibilities

• Complete the closeout process for rifles, suppressors, and other small parts according to established procedures.
• Verify product identification, serial numbers, part numbers, and associated documentation for accuracy.
• Complete all required paperwork, system entries, and inventory transactions associated with closeout.
• Verify that physical products match their records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the closeout process.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or damaged items.
• Ensure products are properly accounted for and prepared for the next stage.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory procedures for handling and documentation.
• Assist with receiving shipments, inspecting, counting, and documenting materials.
• Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment contents and documentation before dispatch.
• Maintain organized staging areas for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Support with inventory counts and location maintenance.
• Move, store, and retrieve products and materials as needed.
• Operating warehouse equipment only when trained and authorized.
