Abacus Corporation, a family-owned staffing leader in Baltimore, MD, is hiring Warehouse Pick/Pack Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will pick apparel items, pack orders, label shipments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety guidelines.

The role offers full-time hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and shift times around 6am–5:30pm. Basic computer skills and reliability are essential, with weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick apparel items based on customer orders.
• Pack orders securely while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Label and prepare packages for shipment.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
