Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Attendant to receive, store, organize, and distribute materials across the facility. You will process shipments, ensure inventory accuracy, and move goods to internal departments using forklifts and scanners.

The role requires attention to detail and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced environment. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a focus on accurate receiving, labeling, storage, and timely delivery to internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred experience in warehouse, receiving, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Verify quantities and product condition against packing slips and orders.
• Label, store, and track inventory using warehouse systems and scanners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and respond to inquiries.
