Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC seeks a reliable Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate to join our production and fulfillment team. You will verify orders, prepare shipments, and move materials within our facility, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will use a computer to enter records, label items, pack shipments, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required; overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 4+ years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee with manager approval to hire full-time.
• One+ year experience in printing, manufacturing, distribution and/or fulfilment preferred.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from inventory to designated areas.
• Fills work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets/shelves, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Counts, weighs, measures, or examines packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications.
• Compares items packed with customer's order and other identifying data.
• Pack and wrap shipments to conform to specifications.
• Affixes packing slips on packages.
• Uses computer to enter records.
• Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
