Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation seeks a Production Vane Assembler in Denton, TX to assemble dryer panel vane units and verify weld quality. You will follow blueprints, prepare machines, program operations, and ensure all safety protocols are followed on the shop floor.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to read drawings, and experience with measurement tools. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds; onsite work with company safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; capable of performing essential duties.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
• Willingness to stand/walk long shifts; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing job training in work functions and lean manufacturing.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and set up machines per specs.
• Program machine according to procedures; set stops and guides to spec.
• Position and secure work pieces; ensure correct tool and settings for welds.
• Perform spotweld operations; maintain machine and inspect weld quality.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and ensure adherence to quality standards.
