Job summary

Aerotek in Grenada, MS is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble units in compliance with drawings, safety requirements, and quality standards. You will work with a variety of tools and move between workstations, contributing to the assembly process from casing and wiring to sub-assembly mating.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading drawings, and using hand tools. This is a 2nd shift position (3 PM–1 AM, Mon–Thu) with mandatory Fri/Sat shifts, on-site at Grenada, MS, and a

• Proficient with hand tools and assembly processes.
• Ability to read and follow dimensional drawings.
• Able to use a tape measure and perform basic labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units per drawings and safety rules.
• Use pneumatic impact wrench, pliers, and wrenches to assemble parts.
• Move between workstations as directed by group leader.
• Handle casing, wiring, and sub-assemblies; report discrepancies.
• Record processes accurately.
