• Proficiency in precision measurement & hand metrology practices.
• Strong quality mindset, dependability, punctuality.
• Availability for second shift.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end setups and production on Okuma LB3000/LB4000 CNC lathes.
• Translate engineering drawings into accurate tooling, offsets, and process steps.
• Perform precise tool changes and machine offset adjustments to hold tolerance.
• Validate parts against drawings with disciplined inspection.
• Apply advanced hand metrology: micrometers, calipers, height gauges, gauges.
• Protect quality through meticulous attention to detail and consistent execution.
• Support the team and contribute to reliable production.
