Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical work experience.
• Technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated precision and documentation accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to obtain required equipment qualifications including forklift/crane.
• Valid driver's license and 1st shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and equipment.
• Perform shipping, packing, and documentation tasks accurately.
• Maintain production documents and ERP data entries.
• Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes as needed.
• Support mechanical assembly and inspection of turbomachinery components.
• Meet production schedules and communicate risks to schedule.
• Conduct full part inspections with proper measuring tools.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
