Job summary

Rotoflow, an Air Products Business, is seeking a first-shift Assembly Technician in Bethlehem, PA to support turbomachinery component manufacturing. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:25 a.m.

to 2:25 p.m., with emphasis on safety, quality, and hands-on assembly in a high-reliability environment. You will read drawings, use torque wrenches and precision tools, operate mills and lathes, manage ERP records, and assist with packing and shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly, maintenance, or turbomachinery experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, inspect parts, and document results with precision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, issue materials per procedures.
• Perform shipping/receiving, packing, crating, and loading of finished products.
• Support production through mechanical assembly and inspection of turbomachinery components.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety/quality standards.
• Operate lifting equipment and assist in production readiness.
