Job summary

Mundo-Tech Inc. is seeking a reliable General Laborer to support our manufacturing operations in Rogers, Arkansas.

The role focuses on keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will operate production equipment, assist with assembly and fabrication of metal tubes, perform basic quality checks, and help prepare finished goods for shipment while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred.
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work area.
Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
Experience with tube bending or metal fabrication is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards
Assist with assembly, fabrication, and handling of metal tube components
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow written and verbal instructions, work orders, and production guidelines
Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Perform other duties as assigned to meet production needs
