Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring for Assembly B in Tempe, AZ. The Exhaust Processor operates tube process stations and vacuum/electronic equipment to manufacture intensifier tube components.

You will unload/reload systems carefully, apply routine maintenance, and ensure quality to meet customer specs. Qualifications include a high school diploma with relevant experience or an AA degree with minimal prior experience; familiarity with SPC and Lean methods is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years prior experience or 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 0-2 years prior experience.
• Preferred background in related manufacturing work, vacuum technology or semiconductor processing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee tube process stations and related vacuum and electronic equipment.
• Use hand tools to remove bolts and access finished products without damaging tubes or equipment.
• Unload and reload systems while maintaining tube integrity and quality.
• Interpret data from analytical/diagnostic equipment to make sound decisions.
