Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician C in Tempe, AZ on the 1A Shift. The Operations Lead in Exhaust will guide the team, ensure procedures are followed, and help achieve high quality and yield goals.

You will interpret data from diagnostics, resolve equipment issues, maintain records in the Quality Tracking System, and collaborate with supervision to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in Exhaust department is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or direct the Exhaust team to meet quality and yield goals.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records in the Quality Tracking System.
