Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate torque tools and equipment.
• Monitor torque applications to ensure spec compliance.
• Perform regular torque audits and log results.
• Maintain calibration records for torque tools.
• Troubleshoot tool issues and coordinate maintenance.
• Train team members on torque application methods.
• Support process improvements to reduce defects and improve line efficiency.
• Communicate deviations to Engineering and Quality teams.
