Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Evansville, IN is seeking a skilled Warehouse/Manufacturing Associate to operate manual and CNC machines, read blueprints, and support safety programs on the production floor. You will participate in safety drills, respond to incidents, and maintain quality through precise measuring tools.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, non-conformity reporting, and assisting on the shop floor to ensure continuous production and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Able to accurately read blueprints.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely in high-traffic areas.
• Able to stand for 7.5 hours of an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Use caution and support facility systems to assure safety event free facilities.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
• Observe and report non-conformities in product, service or quality systems.
• Operate assigned manual or CNC machine(s).
• Use precision measuring tools to record dimensions of components.
• Assemble and check all types/styles of injection or blow molds.
• Build skills to hold tight tolerances in efficient time.
• Assist superiors in day-to-day activity.
