Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to meet exact specifications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
• Knowledge of technical drawing and metalworking machinery.
• Able to hold tolerances of .0001 inches.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment to ensure compliance with published specification.
• Inspect and evaluate tools to identify defects.
• Track and report tool life and cost based on production records.
• Maintain laboratory recognition / accreditation.
• Comply with Health & Safety, ISO and SQF procedures and guidelines.
