Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook/Teams).
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision work.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues and document findings.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble Atlas Copco tools to ensure full functionality.
• Perform in-house repairs and calibrations as required.
• Create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests.
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to gather details and provide status updates.
