Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a hands-on Bench Repair Technician to perform in-house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools. This on-site role operates on a 1st shift schedule, focusing on precision and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose issues, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, order parts, and communicate with customers to provide timely status updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble Atlas Copco tools ensuring full functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues; document findings.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool life.
• Create repair quotes based on customer requirements.
• Order and track parts to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate status updates with customers.
