Qualifications

• Experience in a machine shop or cutter grinding environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior exposure to grinding or sharpening processes is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push carts up to 250 lbs in a shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen and recondition cutting tools using manual grinders.
• Inspect tooling before and after grinding to ensure geometry and performance.
• Meet deadlines for customer returns.
• Navigate safely around sparks and hot tooling in a loud shop.
• Follow all safety policies and verbal/written instructions; perform additional tasks as assigned.
