Superior Completions, a Superior Energy Services Company, seeks a Tool Inspector 1 for its Lafayette, LA office. You will lead essential inspections, verify dimensions, validate documentation, witness tests, and perform visual examinations to uphold top quality.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and experience with standard inspection tools. The role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to ensure smooth production flow and high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; inspection experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical inspection tools and measurement devices.

Responsabilités

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of new rental product.
• Perform functional tests on pieces/parts.
• Perform inspection of assemblies.
• Perform visual inspection of components and assemblies in accordance with applicable documents.
• Work with customer inspectors in the examination of the product.
• Assist Engineering and Operations in the investigation of product failures.
• Assist outside suppliers with problems related to subcontracted parts.
• Perform simple calibrations and maintain records for various tools, instruments, and gauges used in manufacturing and inspection processes.
