CSS Metal Shaped Solutions is seeking an experienced Tool & Die professional to service and sustain production tooling in-press, perform pre-run maintenance, and fabricate tooling and fixtures as directed. You will train apprentices, document Tool History, and escalate maintenance needs to supervision.

The role requires a strong background in progressive stamping tooling and Lean practices. Relocation to Connecticut is provided; onsite full-time role with travel-related support as needed.

Competenze

• Journeyman certification or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T in production.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and SPC in manufacturing.
