G&W Products is looking for an experienced 2nd shift Tool & Die Technician to join our Fairfield, OH team. This role demands precision, problem solving, and a direct impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining dies, changing over dies, troubleshooting presses, and building dies from part prints or CAD data. You will use Plex ERP to communicate die status and readiness.

Qualifications

• Over a year of tool and die experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Own toolbox and basic hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair various dies and die components.
• Change over dies to support production.
• Troubleshoot dies in presses to identify issues.
• Build new dies and fixtures from prints or CAD data.
