Job summary

Premier Pan Company is a leading manufacturer of commercial and retail baking pans. The Tool and Die Maker will trouble shoot, assemble, sharpen, and maintain dies and tooling, working closely with Engineering and Production to ensure quality and efficiency.

The position requires at least 5 years of tool and die experience, strong blueprint reading, and proficiency with manual milling machines, surface grinders, and lathes. Shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years tool and die experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and apply information from blueprints and manuals.
• Skilled with various measuring devices.
• Experience with manual milling machines, surface grinders and lathe.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot, assemble, sharpen, and maintain sheet metal shearing dies and tooling.
• Forming and bending dies.
• Work closely with Engineering and Production.

Pay Rate: $30.00-$40.00 / hr

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm

In This Position a Tool and Die Maker Will:

• Trouble Shoot, Assemble, Sharpen, and Maintain Sheet Metal Shearing
• Forming and Bending Dies
• Working closely with Engineering and Production

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years tool and die experience in a manufacturing environment
• The ability to read and apply information from blueprints and other technical manuals
• Skilled in the use of various measuring devices
• Manual Milling Machines
• Surface Grinders
• Manual Lathe
