The Blue Collar Recruiter of Jacksonville South is seeking an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator for a first-shift role. You will fabricate and assemble stainless steel cabinets, tables, shelves, and related products by interpreting shop drawings and measurements, performing precise TIG welding, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

You must read blueprints, work with 14–18 gauge stainless steel, and pass a TIG test.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of manufacturing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.
Experience TIG welding 14–18 gauge stainless steel is highly desirable.
Familiarity with reading shop drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency with basic measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team.

Responsabilités

TIG weld and fabricate stainless steel cabinets, tables, shelves, and related products.
Read shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications to ensure proper fit.
Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and weld components to required dimensions.
Inspect finished work to ensure weld quality, fit and appearance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
Complete tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting quality expectations.
