Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a permanent, first‑shift position in Wisconsin. The successful applicant will weld stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized materials and read fabrication blueprints with precision.

Responsibilities include constructing sheet metal parts, calibrating welding machinery, and translating schematics into finished products; forklift use may be required in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Possession of a welding certification or a minimum of one year of professional welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication blueprints and project plans.
• Experience with TIG welding techniques and sheet metal assembly preferred.
• Strong work ethic, focus, and reliability.
• Capability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment screening including a welding assessment, math evaluation, physical exam, drug test, and lifting assessment.

• Assist in warehouse operations by utilizing a forklift when necessary.
• Ensure high-quality output and precision to help maintain our production standards.

Qualifications:
