A & H Metals, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking a Precision TIG Sheet Metal Fabricator. Your day starts at 7:00 a.m. in our 23,000 sq. ft. shop, setting up TIG and MIG gear and translating blueprints into precise welds on stainless steel and aluminum sheet.

You will fit, tack, weld, and grind to finish with high attention to detail, switching from TIG to MIG for subassemblies and custom pieces for commercial clients. Strong hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding is required.

You’re fitting, tacking, and laying down clean, consistent beads on stainless steel and aluminum sheet. By mid-morning, you’re switching from TIG finesse to MIG efficiency for a subassembly, then finishing with precise grinding to achieve a crisp, high-quality surface. After lunch, you’re onto a custom piece—maybe a section of ornamental railing or a fabricated component for a commercial client—troubleshooting as needed and collaborating with teammates.
