Job summary

Eagle Group in Clayton, Delaware, is seeking a Welder to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision. You will perform Tig and Mig welding on stainless steel and other metals, interpreting blueprints and drawings to determine welding requirements.

You will help ensure product quality and safety, maintain equipment, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certification or prior manufacturing experience is

Qualifications

Proven experience in Tig and/or Mig welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Strong knowledge of welding safety standards and practices.
Experience working with stainless steel materials.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform Tig and/or Mig welding on stainless steel and other metal materials according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures.
Inspect welded joints for quality and adherence to safety standards, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve fabrication issues.
