Formación

• Willingness to participate in welding training provided by the Company.
• Ability to cross-train SOPs as required by supervision/management.
• Welding test completion prior to offers.
• Follow work orders with minimal errors.

Responsabilidades

• Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless components (bench, MIG).
• Set up welding area and read blueprints/work orders.
• Grind welds and ensure quality with minimal scrap.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Attend and complete company welding training program.
