Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled CNC Thread Operator to set up and run CNC threading machines, read blueprints, specifications, and work orders, and ensure premium connections meet exact tolerances.

You will adjust tooling, load programs, perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges, record production data, assist with maintenance, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, machining, or industrial experience with CNC equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
Experience with premium connections preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC threading machines, lathes, and related production equipment.
Load materials, set up tooling, and verify machine settings.
Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges.
Maintain production data and assist with basic maintenance.
