Responsibilities

• Operate manual press equipment to install threaded inserts into finished plates and components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Verify alignment and installation of inserts.
• Inspect finished components for quality and customer specs.
• Take measurements with calipers and gauges.
• Maintain production records and report completed work.
• Identify and report defects or issues to supervisor.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of presses.
• Ensure materials and inserts are available before starting.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
