Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and surfaces for thermal spray through cleaning, masking, and grit blasting.
• Set up and operate thermal spray equipment per specifications and process requirements.
• Apply coatings to meet dimensional, performance, and appearance standards.
• Inspect finished parts for coating quality, thickness, and adherence to specifications.
• Document production details and inspection results in quality records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
