Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a hands-on tester responsible for final quality checks on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts. You will set up tests, troubleshoot failures, and ensure performance meets specifications.

You will read technical drawings, follow procedures, record data, and support the team by sharing knowledge. The role offers an hourly rate and a path to grow within a global 12-country company.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings/prints.
• Follow written work instructions and procedures.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, hoses, valves, and regulators.
• Ability to work with high‑pressure systems (6,000+ PSI).
• Accurately read and interpret analog pressure gauges.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts
• Read technical drawings and work instructions like a pro
• Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications
• Identify and work to correct issues
