Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows, part of Senior plc, is seeking a tester to act as the final checkpoint before our products reach the field. You will set up and run functional tests on precision bellows and assemblies, read drawings, and verify parts meet specifications.

You will identify issues, maintain quality and productivity, and support the team with knowledge sharing. This role is based in Sharon, MA, with an hourly rate starting at $23–$26 and a 15% second-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving.
• Proficient at reading technical prints and schematics.
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret analog pressure gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts.
• Read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Use mechanical tools and test equipment to verify specifications.
• Identify and correct issues to maintain quality.
• Keep quality and productivity at the forefront of work.
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking.
• Support team by training others and sharing knowledge.
