Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Test Technician in Manor, TX to inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.

You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics, Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or test environment (fast-paced preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of vacuum and pneumatic technologies.
• Ability to read schematics, use test equipment, and stay on schedule with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25–50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, dependability, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work at the assembly line.
• Inspecting, testing, and assembling gas delivery systems and components.
• Troubleshooting and performing corrective actions on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Conducting helium leak and module testing.
• Reading and interpreting schematics to verify functionality.
• Supporting cleanroom operations and adhering to safety standards.
