Job summary

The role involves setting up automated calibration systems, converting data, documenting results, and ensuring ISO-compliant procedures. Candidates should have a High School diploma, QA experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years QA experience preferred.
• Associates degree or higher in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform temperature conformance testing of probes and systems per Omega procedures and standards.
• Set up computer controlled automated temperature calibration systems in multiple furnaces daily.
• Convert raw temperature data to Celsius/Fahrenheit and document calibration results.
• Complete test documentation for calibrated probes and testing.
• Conduct calibrations on customer-owned sensors and document per ISO procedures.
• Troubleshoot abnormal results using trend data and visual inspection.
• Coordinate with management, engineering and production to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety procedures.
